Vitamin Code Grow Bone System

My wife has been taking these Grow Bone supplements for 6 years since she was diagnosed with osteoporosis after a bone density exam in 2019. Since then, she has had updated Dexa bone density scans every two years with the most recent being today. In each instance her bone density showed marked improvement from the preceding test. Like many other reviewers, my wife’s bone density results since starting the Grow Bone System are nothing short of amazing! Despite now being in her 60’s, her bone density results are better than they were 8 years ago! She now has better bone density results than her age group (Z Score) but also has gone from osteoporosis to normal bone density in most areas and just slight osteopenia in the others. Back in 2019, her doctor wanted her to take Prolia injections. Prolia is very expensive and can have significant side effects. My wife is so glad she decided to try the Grow Bone System instead! In addition to taking these supplements, my wife is very diligent with daily weight bearing exercises such as walking and pickleball as well as the use of free weights.

This is a great product but my only concern is "Are there heavy metals in it like their Multivitamins?" Third-party testing was done by LeadSafeMama.com and the test showed high levels of PFAS. Tread lightly, my friends.

After taking lots of steroids due to a medical issue I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I broke my leg and had to stay in rehab for 3 months. A lady that was visiting someone recommended this vitamin. I couldn’t take drugs like foxomax due to eye issues. I decided to try this and just had a bone density test. Capsules had to be opened and put into my drink as i have difficulty swallowing medium size pills. They are not a great value. I have resorted to tums for my calcium.

I do yoga, and I walk 3-4 miles every day in addition to taking Garden of Life Grow Bone. All spine and hip areas are now in overall normal range. My left hip bone density has improved from overall osteopenia to overall normal, but still has a tiny bit of osteopenia in the neck area on the line with low normal! My spine and other hip areas are well into the normal bone density range with my total overall scores now showing NORMAL BONE DENSITY!!! Garden of Life Grow Bone + my 5 miles of walking and yoga is truly a winning combination!
