My go to for hydration!
I use liquid IV for my POTS. I’ve tried other similar products, but this is always the one I come back to. It works very well to help keep me hydrated(I hold onto the water I drink better), gives me added electrolytes, and the sodium I need so I don’t feel like I will pass out. The taste is amazing on almost all of the flavors as well, you can’t really go wrong! It is a little pricey, but for me it is one of those products that is a must have. I try and stock up whenever Amazon has a sale on them, and that helps out. I also drink more water with these, so it’s a win win ;)

how did I exist without this product for so long?
How did I ever live without these before? I need these. I have POTS and one of the things that helps is electrolyte drinks. I have been having another major brand, but it has a LOT of sugar in it. so I wanted an alternative that has less sugar. I'm so glad enough people recommended Liquid IV to me. I chose the watermelon flavor becuase I generally like watermelon flavored anything. and I am loving these! it feels like I am drinking a treat. :)

Works, but too sweet without diluting
The packets are very convenient, but instructions say to add to 16oz of water. This makes it way too sweet for my taste, so I use a 28oz bottle (empty gatorade or powerade), shake, and chill. There's no carbonation, thank goodness, and it really helps with hydration. Highly recommended!

Strong flavor
My daughter likes the taste. It gives her twice the water. It's easy to use. It's. Got good flavor Kind of like Gatorade but stronger. It's Spendy But it does a job

Easy on the go great hydration
This is a great price for the amount of packs you get. Often with the small boxes at the grocery store my boyfriend and I run through it within a week or less. An order or this many lasted us weeks. I also decided it would be great to bring to my 4th of July celebration for all of my friends to share( 12 people for 4 days), and it kept everyone hydrated while at the beach. This flavor has also been my favorite since I found it due to how light it is. Some other liquid IV flavors can be super sweet to mask the salty, but this one it a great mix to not be too heavy.
