If I recommend anything postpartum it's THIS. I've tried the spritz for bitz spray but this far out does that. I used this religiously after my 2nd child & needed to buy another bottle. It's so good! Felt so good on my 2nd degree tear & stitches. Cooling & soothing.

It is a must have if you give birth vaginaly!!! I used that mousse with both births and i really love them ! Was a life changer and it s helps to relief the pain !!

Definitely cooling and relieving in those early post partum days. I did have to stop using as my skin became a little irritated although not sure if it was due being sensitive to an ingredient or due to another product
