Great product for foot injury
It was a solid product, But it was for foot only not really ankle and yes u could wrap it to make it work for the ankle but its manily for top of the foot or bottom soo say u dropped a dumb bell on your foot and it brused behind your toes this will absolute do the trick but your toes and heel of the foot isnt covered by water other then that it can help either bottom or top side of the foot with no issues and if u have a foot injury always raise it higher then your heart level to make sure u get most inflammation possibleOverall works like a charm but this company makes a boot version and to me if u have a ankle sprain or foot injury is way betterAlso only leave it on for 15 minutes on and take off for 15 and repeat dont leave it on for a hour or somthing because u can burn your skin if u have sensitive skin

AircastCold Therapy is the Best after Surgery!
I've had a lot of ortho surgeries and I find the Air Cast attachments for the ice machine are the best way to ice for pain relief after surgery. No dripping hard ice bags and frozen peas & corn, this is the way to go!

Price of junk
Got this and now after three weeks of use the Velcro will not hold. It comes off every time I use it. Useless. Return. Window closed and Amazon is no help. And no phone number for donjoy anywhere

Works great but suggest larger size
We have "cryo-cuffs" for previous procedures and needed this foot attachment for toe surgery. It has certainly done the job and performed well, but I ordered a cuff to based on shoe size not expecting a huge splint (cast). So I suggest others consider upsizing if you plan a similar use. No issue with the item or vendor - just a suggestion for others. The only negative, however, is that the "cuff" holds water under about 4 inches of Velcro on one side (the bottom) where cold is not needed in our case and the flowing water makes attaching the Velcro difficult if adjusting it with the cuff full (OK if empty). It is a good product and we would buy again.
