I tried one immediately when I got it. Its a high quality well put together piece. I have dry skin and the hard rubber head does not scratch and irritate the skin with small scrapes like the bamboo ones can cause. It reaches my entire back without straining my arms and shoulders. It is comfortable to use. The rubber grip means I won't be dropping it by accident or from damp hands from sweat or improper drying after washing. It is easy to clean so no harboring germs when it gets dirty or a lot of use. I love it, I've used many back scratchers over the years and this is by far the best. I highly recommend it.
