Comfortable!
Haven't used it for long but definitely keeps the elbow straight with the metal inserts. Hoping it'll help my elbow pain. Will try to update on pain!

It works good for a while!
The brace works well. However after a month the velcro on the small center Support lost its grip. Unfortunately that is the pressure my elbow needs. Looking for a better brace.

Great brace!
Brace works great! A little odd getting used to having it on while sleeping. It helped a lot in my case. Haven’t woke up in the middle of the night with my elbow on fire and cramped up. Hope it works well for you!
