Worked w/ my New 2DS XL
Opening the N2DSXL was a real pain -- needs a 00 triwing (smaller than usual one though the big one worked for me), then you've got 2 sets of power connection plus a ribbon cable. Then getting the battery out was TOUGH! Thought I was gonna ruin the device just trying to break it from the adhesive. Finally it popped out, connected everything back together, let it charge & worked like a charm! Haven't tested it for longevity but it atleast works. Assuming the nearly 2.5x mAhs of this battery will speak for itself.

Need other tools
Comes with a tiny PHILIPS head screwdriver, but the N2DSXL has tri-wing (Y 1.5) screws. You should have a precision tool kit because taking the DS apart requires at least one spudger, if not 3. I had to use 3 and a pair of tweezers. That being said this replacement battery itself is great, and lasts a full day of gaming.

Does not work with the New 3DS
The product claims it works with the new 3ds but it is to loose and moves around in the slot. The battery is too small. Very disappointed.

Good Quality Replacement - Updated
I purchased this to replace the original Apple battery in my 4 yr old 6s. Installation was relatively straight forward and the battery appears to be doing well. Somewhat less battery life in the initial few days but by the 3rd charge cycle it appears to be keeping at a relatively high charge level through the day despite routine use. The manufacturer indicated that it takes 2-4 charging cycles for the battery to achieve normal function so that seems in line with expectations. Even early on it maintained a charge longer than the battery that it was replacing.Update 2/10/22Although this battery was initially great, I’m unfortunately finding now that at 6 months my iPhone only lists its maximum capacity as 84%. This is frustrating to say the least since it makes it increasingly likely that I will have to replace this battery 2x within the same year. Replacement is only shown as available for the first 90 days and there is no clear warranty policy available. I’m disappointed.

3x capacity of original battery
Removed my old battery which was having issues initializing and starting system. This new battery is 3x original capacity and installation was super easy. Fits perfectly in factory 3ds first gen

This was a tricky product to find but well worth it, with this product My son can play his 3DS once more.

This battery degrades way too fast.
It worked great! At first. After a few months the battery started dying super fast and eventually, the 3DS would be at full charge and just turn off randomly. Disappointing :(

It worked, no bs
Put it in my 3ds and it was like night and day, improved the battery life massively, and I haven't noticed any reductions in power supply/time or charge held for the time I've had it.
