Quite a disappointment for the price
If you don't have a strong stomach, these can be tough on your system. I tried them because the other product I was going to purchase had shellfish and I have an allergy. Quite a disappointment for the price.

This product has been great for me
This product has been great for me. I first took it because of shoulder pain, which went away. But then I noticed an old injury in my toe joint that was always painful and didn't ever respond well to glucosamine also suddenly stopped hurting! I can now wear most (still low-heeled) shoes without pain, which is a huge improvement. Just about any shoes used to hurt me! I swear by this and I hope that NovaNutrients keeps making it forever, because I don't know of anything else that works so well.
