How do you process your honey? Do you heat it? Is the honeycomb included in the processing?

Hello, There is no processing needed for this honey and there is no honeycomb included. The thing I do with this honey is spoon some out and eat. A spoon a day is what I take. I just like to get all the benefits that it has to offer I am you can put it in other items (i.e. tea or cooking). I really appreciate a good raw honey with no additives. I have not regreted buying it since a one. And I am sure I will continue to buy it. At first I purchased the smaller jar trying it out. This will be my 3rd jar and it was the larger jar. I guess my only compliant would be is that it is a little pricey. But that is the price of paying for something good.

MGO is not a technical grading system unlike UMF, but remains very valid and can be compared to a UMF grade of Manuka honey. For example this Manuka Honey that you have asked your question on is a UMF 5+ with the equivalent MGO grade of 83+. This means that in this jar of honey there is 83mg/kg of Methylglyoxal. As a member of the Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association (UMFHA), which is an organisation based here in New Zealand to control and regulate Manuka honey and ensure that what is being labelled and sold is of the highest quality, we therefore use UMF as our predominant grading system.
