These are the best I have found so far.I I love the size and love the backing on them. I really do keep the pee from going through but would be better if they had one more layer. I only use these for my grand child's bed and also for my dog . Thanks for making such a good product but think about adding one more layer for the bigger dogs.

These pads are big enough both lengthwise and widthwise for a larger person and they do not leak. The pad is smooth enough to slide under the patient. Value is good, too.
