If I could give a 10 rating I would. Made the purchase as one more thing I can do to fight the bed bugs. The material is almost silk like, very smooth, and is high-end quality. Zipper system never got stuck onto the material around the zipper, not once. Very impressed with how smooth the zipper closed/operated. Velcro covers the zipper at its final closed destination. I have a cal-king bed and the length(84"), width(36"), height(9"), of the box spring covers, was a perfect fit. I sleep better at night that I have the SafeRest Premium box spring encasement protecting me. My bedroom is secure from bedbugs so far. I assume the product was manufactured here in the Great USA, as there were no "Made in China" logos on product. Probably why the fit was perfect. The Bed Bug Battle, what has worked for me. All items were purchased on Amazon website. The SafeRest box spring covers, ClimbUp Insect Interceptor 6 1/4" x 6 1/4" x 5'box of 12, for under bedroom furniture feet, including bed, dresser, night stand etc, JT Eaton Kills BEDBUGS Powder around baseboard where carpet and baseboard meet. Also purchased the Euroflex Monster Steam-Jet-II 1200w floor steamer and use it on the carpets to fry them as the steamer gets to 200+ degrees. Vaccuum before and after the Monster. And of course keep everything up off the floor, and wash sheets regularly. Keep a set of clothes you wear for bed ONLY! Use other clothes for sitting in living room furniture where I also have bedbugs. So far all this is working. And take a shower every night before bed. The SafeRest Premium box spring encasement cover is a must, as bed bugs can hide easily out of sight. Good Luck if your fighting Bed Bugs and don't give up. Be consistent with vaccuuming also. It's a lot of work, time consuming, but when you see the results,no bites, its very satisfying.

I got the split Cal King box spring protector for my new box springs. I used to just use a bed skirt to cover it. I realized I was covering my nice wood bed frame. Instead of just covering them with bed sheets, I decided to look for these- waterproof, and protects against bed bugs, dust mites. My box springs are only 4 in. Deep so it's baggy. The zipper goes around most of the cover and was easy to put on by one person. Because the springs are only 4 in deep, they can't be seen anyway under the mattress. Because they are white, it goes with any other sheet pattern. I love that the fabric is washable and doesn't feel too plastic-y. I didn't test for water proofing because it's below the actual mattress. It says it's breathable, but we ended up airing out the springs for about 10 days before putting these on to release the VOCs faster.

Be aware! I was getting bites and I had taken my bed apart multiple times, moved every piece of furniture out, and put the box springs and mattress on the floor. I could not for the life of me figure out where the bugs were hiding. Turns out they had wedged themselves under the velcro flap that goes over the zipper on these encasements. They couldn't get all the way under the flap because of the velcro which is great, but they were able to get themselves under the very edge of the flap, enough that they were very hard to see. There was one in the exact same place on each box spring encasement. Be persistent in your battle against the bed bugs and don't give up! I had a horrible infestation in 3 bedrooms that took 3 months to get rid of but I was determined to take care of it myself without paying thousands for fumigation or heat treatment. Educate yourself and use all the methods recommended online (I tried everything and everything I tried helped). You can get rid of them!!!

Perfect fit the only problem I faced, putting them on my boxspring, was the hidden zipper, which is also what you want because it tucked in very nicely

Pricing and installation very easy. Putting the box spring encasement your have to be careful that the material doesn't tear on the metal frames which creates a hole that needed to be patched. The corners should be more durable and stronger in those areas then the the material along both sides and the back/front material. This will make it more difficult for tears to happen. Otherwise shipping went perfect, product was as stated, pricing was reasonable.
