Wow! I try for the first time! Love it! I haven’t been looking for a shred ! This one is perfect for carrot , sweet potato, and taro to make Vietnamese vegetable egg rolls ! Love it! Good quality plastic products!

I had been looking for a mandoline for quite some time since my old, old one started to break. I had ordered a more expensive one that was dull and I returned. Thought I'd give this one a try and in the short time I've had it, it has worked well. I used the smaller julienne blade for slaw and it was too fine. Next time I used the larger julienne blade and it cuts to the texture I wanted. The storage feature looks nice but I don't want to wash all of the blades with each use so they will probably wind up in the junk drawer until needed. A rinse cleans the food residue better than I expected. It seems sharp enough to cut through cabbage and onions. Its size fits in the individual bowl I use so if you're wanting a large unit, this may not be for you. The plastic is lightweight, it is too soon for me to report on how long it will last. Four stars for not really practical cutter storage and lightweight plastic.

This mandoline slicer is super cute in pink and comes with a nice variety of blades for slicing, shredding, and even waffle cuts. It works well for soft veggies like cucumbers and carrots, and the included peeler is a nice bonus. However, the plastic feels a bit flimsy, and switching out the blades can be tricky and not very intuitive. Also, it's not as sturdy as I'd hoped when slicing tougher vegetables like potatoes. With a bit more stability and clearer instructions, this could be a solid 5-star product. Overall, it's decent for light kitchen use, but don’t expect professional-grade performance.

It took me one hour to shred a green papaya with a knife, but when I use this , it only took 15 mins!! I love it! So easy to use and clean as they say. Where have this tool been all my life... If you're Laotian or Thai, you know what i'm talking about. You have to go get one!!

Received boxed and what appeared to be everything in it but the plastic bag on unit had been opened, upon closer inspection it appeared to have "dried food peels" caught in the blade. Needless to say I returned it.

Muy buen producto, es sencillo en su estructura, pero es eficiente, los cambios para rodajas, rufles y rallador son muy buenos, se los recomiendo mucho, más que esos con un montón de aditamentos que no cumplen su funcion, para su cocina o para su trabajo, se los recomiendo mucho

Works great! Shredded some carrots for a cake and it chops them beautifully. All the blades work well and are sharp!
