How do i wash these? machine? hand? what temperature?

To be honest I throw mine in the washing machine at 30° but I never tumble dry them and they ahve been fine.

do you get 2 ankle wrap for both feet as well as 2 support

You get two supports which are like socks and there are Velcro straps attached to them to wrap around the socks.My wife found them helpful.

You get a pair (two) and each sock has one strap on it which is sewn on at the bottom so that you have to criss cross it over your foot and ankle as shown in the picture. It looks like two straps but it's only one.
