chewable completes have iron!
Kids like them! My 3 year old has been taking half a vitamin since he was 18 months and never said NO. My 1 year old daughter just started taking these per our pediatrician recommendation because she had low hemoglobin. These have iron which is important for children to form Hemoglobin witch is the oxygen carrying molecule on red blood cells. I crush half a vitamin with a fork and put it on yogurt or apple sauce for my 1 year old daughter who doesn't have molars yet. I think the bottle says 2-3 year olds take half a vitamin and 4 and up take a whole vitamin daily. They break approximately in half easily.

Pure crap
These so called healthy vitamins should be used with extreme caution as the they have toxic chemicals in them red yellow dyes aspartame .. I would never allow anyone to take these disgusting things ..

Yabba dabba do
This vitamin was recommended by my doctor after a surgery. I’ve been taking it for years and it’s great. Large bottle, lower price than anywhere else. What more could you want?
