It's great!
This is my favorite hydration powder...I might try something new on the market but always come back to it. It's easy to mix and doesn't clump together. The flavor is subtle...and best of all it hydrates me!

These are very good. No salty taste. I use 1 pack in a 16 ox bottle of water. You do have to shake a bit to get it all mixed. I tried the pack with the variety of flavors. They were all ok. Liked the mango the best.

Works well for POTS
We have kids with POTS and this is a non negotiable. We searched for something that would help them with their dizzy spells and this works so well! It is salty, but they actually end up loving it and craving it. You just have to adjust to it.

Great flavor and benefits
I love relyte! I’ve been drinking it postpartum while breastfeeding and it helps keep me hydrated and manage brain fog and tiredness. Highly recommend the mango, pina colada, and strawberry lemonade flavors.

Ingredients and taste
This actually tastes like mango without being too sweet, plus not super salty tasting for an electrolyte drink! Besides the taste, my other favorite thing about this product is the ingredients. It’s hard finding a brand that doesn’t use sugar. I’m in my third trimester of pregnancy and this product has been so easy to use and I can feel how much it has helped me stay hydrated.
