Leaks!
My first Weatherguard tool box (exact same model) still works great but the one I bought on Amazon leaks badly and went through a long process to submit the issue to Weatherguard but they won't warranty their product if it's purchased on Amazon. Going to do the same with the Amazon seller and update my review accordingly. In the meantime, paid just under $600 for a worthless tool box.Update: unfortunatley I didn't know the tool box leaked until after the return period. This is an issue caused by a defective product not over time. After spending a lot of time on this, I'm stuck with a tool box that doesn't work and Amazon won't tell me the name of the seller; the site just says brand: Weather GuardUpdate 3/5/23: Amazon agreed to refund me the cost to repair the tool box. I found the source of the leak to be a faulty weld. Not sure how quality control missed it but Werner may have been correct when they said some of these boxes were probably not sellable and should have been destroyed. I'll update whether or not Amazon covers the repairs.

Tool box got delivered all scratched and banged up
Really disappointed to open the boxes and the tool box was already banged up. I didn’t get the organizer tray that the Manuel says it’s supposed to come with??

Good tool box
Very well constructed, solid and easy functioning. It mounts easily and opens/closes with no problems. Very weather resistant.

It works for the most part
The toolbox is okay. It's overpriced for it's features, but I was working with specific dimensions and this was the only one I could find. It arrived in a thin cardboard box. How it didn't get dinged up is a mystery. The lid, however, had come open in transit. This caused the striker to be bent almost 90 degrees. Easy to bend back, but still. Whatever caused this to happen also broke the wire tie holding the keys to the box. I was surprised they didn't get lost. The aluminum is thin and flexes. It's definitely a light duty box. I added handles on the side to make it a little easier to tote around. If you have some room to play with on dimensions, there are better boxes out there for the same price or maybe a little more. Do yourself a favor and shop around.
