My 3 year old granddaughter watched the Ugly Doll movie and fell in love with them.

Ice Bat Conquers Kids and the Washing Machine!
This has to be one of my brother's favorite presents! He first saw the Ugly Doll Ice Bat on the movie "Zathura" and I found the Ugly Doll website and was even more thrilled to find it on Amazon. This Ugly Doll may not be the prettiest of toys, but it definitely is the most lasting. It's not a phase or a trend toy like Transformers, Power Rangers, or anything along those lines. It's very well designed so it can withstand several boys of all ages tugging on it and wrestling with it, not to mention sleeping with it! With three boys fighting over it between the ages of 3 and 8, I found the biggest challenge to whether this Ugly Doll was going to last or get any friends was if it lasted through a wash cycle. After all, boys aren't known for their cleanliness. The Ugly Doll Ice Bat made it through a wash and dry cycle and came out perfect! The Ice Bat was such a hit that he not only has a friend, but my other brother ended up with one and my niece just got one for her birthday! These Ugly Dolls do not only last with kids, but are durable and good for both genders! I would definitely recommend Ugly Dolls to anyone who has kids. They're fantastic!

Not So Ugly Doll: Icebat
I received this Ugly Doll as a present from my family and I LOVE it! I love every one of their products and I am NEVER disappointed in the quality or the uniqueness of it. I love the color and the size. I have bought Ugly Doll products for several of my friends. They all love it! Well worth the price! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! The material feels like fleece - very soft. The pieces for the eyes and teeth feel like a regular cotton fabric. Note: The tags say hand washing or something similar but they are VERY durable. Just throw them on the top of whatever your washing and then throw it in the dryer. Conclusion: A great gift for all ages. The "stuffed animal" is soft and durable. A perfect gift for those who love quirkym unique items. I have never had a problem

He’s back! Classic but not original
This is the Gund version and I’m super happy with him. I had two original ice bats (blue and black) from Portland I lost in a fire so they are impossible to replace. The fads even made getting this blue one harder in recent years. They’re made out of a different material than they once were and well, it’s a totally different thing just the design is the same. But he’s solid and super. No smell. Just new smell. Maybe the other person got a returned stuffie in which case always contact Amazon CS. They’re wonderful.

Ugly doll Icebat
I got this icebat for my wife as a Christmas present. She always wanted to have an ugly doll and this is her first one. She loves her icebat and thinks it is the cutest thing in the world. I personally think it is a little expensive for what you get.... But it made my wife happy, so I'm happy with what I got. I wish it was smaller. It was bigger than expected.... Maybe cyz I had never seen one before. I don't like the materials the used to make this toy, but my wife says is part of the ugly doll phylosophy.... To use materials that look like they have already been used before.
