When buying a second hand device, the ratings: Used Like New, Used Very Good, Used Good and Used Acceptable are important. Your device will look a certain way depending on what you choose. With that said, different suppliers may have a subjective take on what each of these means. Pros: Having never owned an iPhone before, this thing blew me away in spite the slight cosmetic imperfections. Its beautiful and I love it. And it was affordable! -Every thing works well. I got the 128gb version. Great sound, great screen, great experience Cons: The learning curve if this is your first time using iOS. Granted, you will experience this no matter what version iPhone you get. Things work differently here. Not so much that you cant adapt but enough to frustrate. -Battery life was at 86% which though good, was scary. 14% is a lot were I come from. -Those cosmetic scratches took me aback, then I remembered I chose USED: ACCEPTABLE. That humbled me real quick. With that said, still love it, bought a case already. -If you have already experienced a device with 120Hz refresh rate, this will throw you off. You might get disappointed. If you haven't, then great! -Also, if you are stepping down from a more advanced iPhone and short on cash, buying second hand is as you have more choices. But, you will always be reminded someone used it before you so make sure you are already comfortable buying on the second hand market. -Still haven't gotten rid of my android. Was going to but after the learning curve on iPhone, I think having both phones is the better choice. Sorry Tim Cook...

The phone looked almost brand new and had high battery percentage. Im extremely satisfied with my purchase especially since you got 30 days to return it if you find any defects.

I recently purchased Renewed iphone 12 from SYNERGY TM. I understood that renewed was no indication of perfect but that it was in excellent condition and that it was diagnostically tested. However upon receiving the product and without much use, I realize that it was overheating. I contacted the SYNERGY about this issue and they said I should return which is reasonable on their part. However, this was not reasonable for me, I am an international customer and as such I had to pay over $200 dollars in additional shipping and handling. I communicated the financial disadvantages to SYNERGY and suggest that it would be more economically viable to fix the phone locally and then they could refund me the cost of the repairs. They insisted that I should return but with further insistence they offered me a $25 refund, which would not cover the Technician's fees. By this time, the phone was now not charging all together. I took me about 3 hours before I could get it back to remove my data and reset the phone. I did my research and I was able to get DHL to attempt return the product. New problem is, they were unable to deliver to SYNERGY because their location was closed on a Monday at 12:52 pm and no one sees it fit to respond to my request. I am urging Amazon to look into this matter ASAP. A phone that I bought for $310 is now costing me upwards of $800 and I still don't have a phone to use.

This phone worked flawlessly with no issues. However I have noticed that even though it was fully unlocked, the Personal Hotspot feature is greyed out. When the SIM is used in my old iPhone 8 the personal hotspot feature worked fine.

The spouse needed a new iPhone to replace the old iPhone 6 SE Apple that won't even update anymore. Years ago we replaced the battery on the old one and it was getting weak again, so it was way past time. I was glad the refurbished unit I received was exactly as described. The battery shows 88% life left, decently over the promised value. I saw minor scratches in the metal but nothing really noticeable. I ordered a case and glass screen protector and you can't even tell it's not brand new. The size of the phone is slightly taller and wider than the old 6 SE, so it seems familiar, but the face of the screen is MUCH larger, making it more usable. It works very similarly to the old phone, except for having no physical home button. The home gestures work easily and the setup had everything PLUS updates making all the old apps work, so the spouse was quite happy. I, too, was happy doing "tech support," because Apple does all the heavy lifting. Just kick off a backup to iCloud on the old phone (in case something goes wrong). When the backup finishes, move the SIM card to the new phone and turn it on. Set the new phone next to the old one, and follow the prompts. The data comes across and much of the setup will be just as expected. I think if you're getting an Apple phone, a recent model certified refurbished phone is a good way to save a bit of money.

I was very hesitant to buy a renewed iPhone on line. Many of the reviews I read were bad, complaints of dirty and damaged devices with bad batteries, but I needed a phone and decided to go for it. My black iPhone 12, advertised as being in excellent condition, arrived in about 14 hours and is indeed in excellent condition. In fact I am a bit shocked. After unboxing it I immediately examined it very closely under a lighted magnifying glass. Both the back and front glass and the bezel had absolutely no scratches or marks of any kind. Not even a fingerprint or smudge. The speaker, microphone and charge plug holes were completely spotless. Not a trace of dirt, lint or pocket fluff. Zero signs of previous use. The battery was at empty and I had to plug in the supplied charger in order to get the phone to boot up. After a full charge, a SIM card swap and a simple setup process, the battery health read 100%. I've been using the phone for 2 days now and really couldn't be happier. It's honestly hard to believe that this is a used phone and not new old stock. I will update if any problems arise but I kinda feel like I won this time. :)

Mi equipo llegó con detalles extremadamente minimamente estéticos, de ahi en fuera totalmente funcional. La batería llegó al 87% fue lo único malo. El cargado no era el original y ni de cerca el adecuado con el voltaje adecuado, por lo que si no tienes un cargado y un cable lighting USB-C con el voltaje indicado, vas a tener que gastar para que no se desgaste más la batería. Fuera de eso, es una buena compra, claro que lo encuentras más barato en el marketplace de facebook pero aquí al menos tienes la certeza del vendedor.

Dare la opinion mas puntual que podria dar despues de un poco de uso... la empresa con la que lo compre es BuySPRY, en primer punto el envio en mi caso fue tardado, primero decia que tardaria 4 dias el envio pero al final se prolongo a 7 dias(eso si no se que ocurrio pero lo comento), lo recibi en una caja y todo aunque si me gustaria que hubiera un poco de proteccion a los envios por que te lo envian en la caja y adentro viene la caja generica donde viene el celular y sin proteccion a los lados. De la parte trasera debo aclarar que muy bien, igual ligeros rayones pero me imagino por funda pero inperceptibles a cierta distancia,de funcionamiento de camaras muy bien(aunque ya le puse un protector) sin rayones ni nada Lo unico que no me agrado fue la bateria hay que aclarar, me llego a 84% (ahorita ya se degrado a 83% en una semana de uso y eso con cargador original apple), eso si es un detalle que hay que considerar(en este caso consideraria invertir si quieres mas bateria en uno de excelente pero de amazon rewened aunque sea mas tardado), pero en uso con ese porcentaje de bateria si lo pones en modo ahorro, te dura justo el dia sino eres de uso muy extremo con el celular sino solo te dura como 1/2 dia o 3/4 de dia. Lo revise con un programa y todos los componentes son originales y no me marca ninguna reparacion, bocinas y camaras perfecto en funcionamiento Opinion final...Por el precio se me hace buen producto , solo la bateria es algo que debes considerar que depende del uso veras cuanto te durara y por lo mismo tenerlo que cambiar, pero para lo que lo requiero es perfecto y todo. Si tienen dudas o algo me puede comentar y tratare de actualizar con el tiempo que paso
