Wonderful product if you want to extend your wifi range.
We have owned and used these for about a year now. They work fabulously in our all concrete European home. Prior to installing these, our router was not accessible throughout most of the house. I really like the VPN features and web access for setting things up, as well as tracking who/what is on my system.

works fine
The X60 works fine as advertised. Setup with the phone app was quick. WiFi and wired connections are solid with no dropouts or freezes. Initial performance was disappointing until I searched and found a forum that advised setting the ISP bandwidth in the More => QOS panel. Setting up my printer was tedious because it had a static IP that was not what Deco wanted and would not mount. I had to factory reset the printer and restart it, then set the static IP from the OS, then delete and re-add the printer in the OS. The US power brick is designed so that plugging it into a desktop UPS is very difficult. The body of the power brick tries to cover several sockets. Wish the plug could rotate.

Ubiquitous Wifi Throughout the House
I waited a few weeks to review this product to assure that there were no glitches. I'm extremely delighted with this product. The TP-Link Deco X60 WiFi 6 AX3000-3 Pack was very easy to install. I used this to replace my Verizon Gig router which caused a number of compatibility issues. I simply powered up the first Deco unit and connected it to the Verizon Ethernet cable. This now became my router. I followed the step by step directions on the app. I entered the Wifi name and ISP provided password and after a few seconds the router was connected to the internet. Then using my cell phone to monitor signal strength from the router I was able to determine where to place the two mesh extension devices. They were auto discovered by the router. I now have excellent signal throughout my 3,000 square foot 2 story house including my garage and most of my back yard. By opting for the factory renewed and certified system I was able to save more the $100 over the price quoted by Best Buy.

I got the used repackaged version by my mistake
Accidentally purchased the used to be packaged version. For only a $20 savings I would’ve just bought that new version if I had noticed. It was a little beat up but seems to operate as designed. Overall this system offers the best performance versus value. The parental controls made all the difference in my choice.

Probably the best value WiFi 6 whole house mesh system
Pros: Great whole home coverage for all my devices for the vast majority of the time. Speed is awesome. Wired backhaul is awesome. Cost wise probably the best value WiFi 6 whole house mesh system. Deco app is great for monitoring with one caveat noted below. Cons: seamless mesh feature doesn't work that great. Especially when wifi calling and I'm walking around the house as the only way to trigger switching to the better point is to disconnect and reconnect Wi-Fi which drops the call. The support and ui for seamless mesh could be better. I would like it if you could select which exact access point you want for a device and then disable mesh, specifically for smart devices that don't move but will randomly switch points. Sometimes smart devices that don't move location randomly switch access points so its a pain to wait till it moves back to turn off mesh to ensure you're accessing the closest one. For what its worth i believe most mesh systems experience the same cons.

Excellent and a must-have reliable home WiFi device
Been using it for more than a year. This is an excellent device with reliable home mesh WiFi system. I have had no significant issues since using it. It provides reliable WiFi network for all connected devices. A must have if you WiFi devices in separate rooms and would like control via Google home or Apple home app/ hub.

Not even 12 hours and it stopped working.
Have to say I was pretty excited about this Wifi Mesh, was changing my old system that is 5 years old, so I was looking to see better speeds and connectivity from the X60 TP-Link Mesh. Downloaded the app, not so good, they can probably work better on it, took 1 of the towers 2 times in order to connect. Finally, everything connected, 2 floor home, cement walls, let's try it out! Ran SpeedTest app, getting good speed, seeing the speed in the Deco App, from Mbps, it was Kbps! What is going on? Tried changing cables, still the same, so I tried it running apps and streaming.. everything worked fine. Suddenly at hour 7 of having set up this new (renewed) one of the towers gets off line, went to check, the machine is off. Checked the power connection, it was good, but the tower not turning on. Grabbed another tower and checked with that cable... not turning on.. you know what, not worth it. I paid $460 for my first mesh system, and here I was thinking, technology and time have made them a lot cheaper... well yes and no, you get what you paid for. I would truly give it a -5 overall. Oh yes, tried calling customer service for Tp-link.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Online conifguration an issue.
Overall I liked this mesh system. It was easy to set up and the app was well designed with the ability to change all the settings I needed to. The one major downside to this system is that you HAVE to have internet access to do anything with it. Shortly after getting the system we lost internet for several hours and I discovered I couldn't troubleshoot or do ANYTHING with it until internet was restored. To me, that is simply not an acceptable solution. The other issue I had (and this was a renewed product) was that the guest network would stop issuing IP addresses. I could reboot the main unit and it would work for a short time and then stop working. A factory reset didn't fix the issue. Other than those two items I really liked the units.
