I am beyond satisfied with this excellent product. My husband and I are sole caregivers for my elderly Mom and for several years had been using the Walmart Assurance brand disposable underwear. They worked pretty well and as time went on, I added an additional pad to the underwear for overnight use. Then just about a couple of weeks ago, we began having a very serious leakage problem. I don't know if Assurance changed the manufacturing of their product in some way, but Mom would wake up in the middle of the night totally soaked right through to her bedsheets. After a few nights of having to remake her bed and wash her sheets along with everything she was wearing, I was forced to look elsewhere for a product that would do the job. Fortunately, I found it with the Tranquility Premium Overnight Disposable underwear. After several nights in a row of not one tiny leak and no bedsheets to replace in the middle of the night, I quickly reordered a larger quantity of the product. The product arrived quickly and has so far lived up to the great reviews and their product description. I really feel that a large part of the solution for my Mom is the superior design of the Tranquility underwear leg cuffs, which may be the main reason the Walmart brand failed so badly. I have also now ordered the daytime underwear as well as some of the "Booster" pads that can effectively be used along with both the Overnight and the Daytime underwear. I am so grateful to be able to purchase these products from Amazon.

I purchased the Tranquility Premium Over Night Disposable Underwear for my elderly mother, and it has made a difference in her comfort. The maximum absorbency meets the standard if you change regularly — no leaks. The fit is excellent (she wears a size S) and the material is soft. I highly recommend these for anyone caring for a loved one who needs reliable overnight protection.

Satisfied with the product, i have tried many other brands and type of pills for my daughter and my biggest problem with all we’ve tried is she would still leak threw and tried these and she woke up without having leaks durning bedtime and didn’t have to change her durning the night before.

I finally feel like I can be comfortable through the night. I was worried about leaks before, these haven’t leaked at all! They are true to size. Measure your waist before getting them, and they feel pretty durable. They are thick enough to be warm, but thin enough that they don’t make you hot at night. Thest last me usually from early evening to next morning. I like the peach core that soaks up all the fluid. That was a smart design.

Holds a lot of fluid, but what makes it my preference is that it has a quicker catch capacity for gushes with less overflow then I've found with other similar pull-ups that I've tried. Size of pull-up, Durability, thickness & length of pad part are good, especially for overnight. No trouble from skin irritation.

These are the best overnight disposables! It’s also good that they come in medium as the other brands combine S/M and just don’t fit as well as these do. A bit more expensive but worth it.
