Good for short rib ragú
Really authentic pasta. Chewy and good in stews

Great tasting pasta
High quality tasting pasta, cooks easily in 10-12 minutes to a silky finish, the shape is designed to grip and hold any pasta sauce which it does so with ease. This pasta is far superior to any you will encounter at your local supermarket, rest assured you can serve this to any pasta loving guest in the knowledge that they won’t be disappointed. Extreme value for money. Highly recommended

A good buy
I can not get this type of pasta locally so was very pleased to see it on Amazon. It arrived in a brown paper bag, in its own cellophane wrapping and, apart from 2 small corners that had chipped off, is in perfect condition. Cooks well and tastes good. A good buy.

Fabulous Pasta Favourite
I've been searching a while for this pasta as it's my boy's favourite - he calls it 'The Crinkly Pasta'. We usually have to source it from Italian delis, so I was delighted to find it via Amazon. It's delicious with creamy salciccia sauce - made with sausage, rosemary and fennel seed. It can be a bit pricey so I tend to keep an eye out for when it's on offer here.

Great pasta but sadly a lot was broken
This is a good pasta. It’s often sold in artisan shops so I think a pretty good price. I’d give it 5* but sadly a lot of it was broken probably due to poor packaging.
