My 95 year old mum uses this & finds it easy to press if she needs me in the night. She is very weak in the hands so this is very important for her. The bell is nice & loud & with 2 units I can hear it anywhere in the house.

I'm a carer for my mum at home who has COPD, she's not great with carrying things around so I've got a button next to the bed, one in the bathroom and one downstairs at her chair for the odd occasions she goes down, receivers are at opposite ends of the house so it doesn't matter where I am even on the quiet mode I can hear it! Works a charm so far

My wife has really bad mobility problems which have become progressively worse. I ordered the Alert alarm which was delivered today Friday less than 48hrs after order placed. I bought this particular alarm due to the fact that it plugged directly into the electric socket without batteries needed. The previous one I used was very hard on batteries so I don’t have this issue now. Simply plug both units into sockets and after selecting one of the 52 alarm music tones, you pair the units very easily to the remote fob and it is ready to go. Remote is very easy to use. Unlike others the alarm lasts for only ten seconds but reactivates each time the fob is pressed. Volume is substantial and easily adjusted to suit. Overall my wife was very please with this very useful purchase.

As we have quite a big house, our bedroom is quite far away from the children’s bedrooms and I was worried I would not be able to hear them if they called me. I bought 2 of these so they have a SOS button each and I have 2 chimes in my bedroom each with their names on so I know who is ringing. It seems to work anywhere in the house which is great! Lots of random tunes of chime but we just use a standard doorbell so it doesn’t frighten the life out of us in the night! This has been a lifesaver when my daughter had a dangerously high temperature and she knew she felt unwell so she pressed her button. Great buy and would buy again and recommend

I have a heart condition and am only months into recovering from a brain anyersum rupture so i wanted something that could alert my parents whom i live with to any funny turns or emergencys whilst taking baths or being upstairs as they are getting on and have tv fairly loud so i was super pleased with this alarm both on the numerous tones you can choose from to the volume control function.. We have tested it with a door shut and tv on and it can be heard with no issues.. I also like the fact there are 2 sos alarms and that both come with a neck piece.. I keep one by the bed and the other i wear around neck or just use that one for when i will be showering etc.. I definitely sleep better and feel more independent knowing that if i am in trouble and able i can just push a button and alert someone..

We got this as my father-in-law has been bed-bound now for 2y years and whilst we have carers in twice a day if he needs assistance when they're not here my mother-in-law would quite often not hear him calling for her. She actually found these herself so we ordered them to try. Really easy to set up and my father-in-law has the button around his neck, he has limited mobility with his hands too but is able to comfortably press the button. Some of the options for the bell noise are rather bizarre but there's plenty to choose from and had us laughing as we decided which one to use. Highly recommend.

My 90 year old dad kept having falls and I found it hard to sleep at night due to worrying. I noticed this on Amazon and I must say I'm impressed. It was so easy to set up even a child could do it so that's a plus also he's pressed his panic button a number of times and I've managed to get to him in time before he can come to harm. This product has saved my life as now I can sleep knowing I'll hear him if he needs me. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who needs help ******

Works as advertised, though it can only reach about 10m through two brick walls on a fresh battery.
