What is the difference between this one and the flax seed plus fiber?

I don't think there is any difference. It's just the way they write the description. Remember that they sell the loose flax seed in bags--and the capsules.....They are basically the same, but more actual fiber in the loose bag and dosage recommendations...

how many grams of fiber does one get from the serving size?

About 5 grams per serving...but I also get fiber through my fruits and veggies too.
