Brilliant bit of kit windows 10 laptop this tool and forscan told me my rf key receiver was open circuit. I found the reciever above the driver and it was soaking. Baught one of ebay and it worked focus mk3 keyless entry stopped working. You can do allsorts with this bit of kit. The forscan forums realy help you solve your problems. Cleared all the faults

Very good product, setting up the program was a bit of a nightmare, but I’m not great with computers and very impatient. Once you have used it a few times you will breeze through the loading process

I was a little cautious about buying a cheap OBD2 adapter but it worked flawlessly using Forscan on free extended 2 month licence - came up with 'use with caution, may not give access to all modules etc' type message when Forscan first started but no problems whatsoever in using it after that. I needed it to change battery State of Charge to 90% in a 2023 Ford Fiesta ST Line X. Forscan told me when to switch from HS to MS and vice-versa when necessaryand a simple 2 minute job!

simply does not work. followed all the instructions and videos online, this does not connect to the vehicle. buy a different version.

Perfect to use with the software I have to change some settings on my mondeo. The combination of the 2 makes this great value for money, not only did it connect without issue, it meant I could also read faults on my wife's car as well, which saved us a fortune.

Bought this to check and make adjustments to my Ford Kuga using Forescan, it worked most of the time but I got messages on the laptop saying this adaptor is not supported even though the adaptor packaging looks like its a Forscan product.

I had dpf problems and bought this for a ford smax. Easy to download setup to laptop and plug into car. Read the error codes exactly the same as the garage did. You can remove most codes unless its a major one. The only downside is that you use this with the engine turned off and ignition on. It will flatten your battery completely if your battery is old.I ran the diagnosis 3 times ( takes seconds to get results) and could not start car as completely flat

Confezione essenziale: il dispositivo è in una busta trasparente con un piccolo depliant in cartone che ne spiega l'utilizzo. Dovendolo collegare a un pc portatile si è reso necessario scaricare un driver per farlo riconoscere sulla porta USB. Bisogna poi scaricare il software Forscan, disponibile in versione gratuita o a pagamento, in quest'ultimo caso sono presenti ulteriori funzioni. L'uso dell'adattatore mi ha permesso di diagnosticare varie anomalie riconducibili a un problema classico per le Ford: un guasto (U1900) al connettore del bus sul quadro strumenti. Dopo una diagnostica (a pagamento) senza soluzione in officina se non un'ipotetica sessione di verifiche, mi è bastato smontare il quadro strumenti ed effettuare delle saldature seguendo un tutorial video su Youtube. Problema risolto brillantemente spendendo pochissimo. Consigliato per chi ha un minimo di manualità.
