Very happy with this 6-egg poacher
We've had this 6-egg poacher for about 4 weeks now and have used it several times. There really aren't many options on the market for poaching so many eggs at one time, which is definitely important when you're a family of three who would like to all eat together with everyone's food being warm. I read all of the reviews before buying it and will say that other reviews indicating the quality was poor made me cautious. But, ultimately we decided we weren't willing to spend about $200 for the only other poacher that would have done the job in the same quantity. The pan's metal is very light-weight, but it works just fine. I didn't buy the pan to use for multiple purposes, so we just save it for poaching and it both functions well and is wearing nicely. The egg cups and the holder they go into are all of decent quality, in our opinion. The most important element, the correct poaching of the eggs, happens reliably and easily. We find the non-stick finish on the egg cups to work well; we do spray them with olive oil cooking spray to help it along. I don't know if we've ever tried not spraying them first (hubby tends to cook the eggs). Overall we are pleased with this purchase, would buy it again, and didn't spend so much that we'll be particularly disappointed when we wear it out and have to replace it. I wouldn't anticipate this happening for at least a couple of years, but point being it was affordable enough to use it for what we need and replace it when it's time.

Great Eggs, Mild Threat to Fingers
I wanted eggs. I got eggs. Perfect, beautiful, dreamy little poached gems that made me feel like I had my life together for a whole three minutes. This 6-cup egg poacher delivered on that front. Easy to use, no drama, and those eggs? Chef's kiss. BUT. And it’s a sharp one. Literally. This thing is made out of metal so thin it could double as a villain in a horror movie. One wrong move and you're out here giving blood to breakfast like some kind of sacrificial brunch god. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be this way for “efficiency” or if someone at the factory just got lazy and said “good enough” before lunch. Either way, my fingers now live in fear. Eggs? 10/10. Usability? Solid. Material? Feels like it was forged from aluminum foil and passive aggression. Use with care, keep band-aids nearby, and maybe don’t let your clumsy friend Carl near it. You know the one.

So far, So good
Works good. Just be careful using it. Steam pours out the sides of it when it starts to boil. Also it has steam holes on platform to help cook eggs. You will get stung. Use a towel or baking mitt. Eggs come out awesome though. Pleased with it.

High Quality
I have searched for an egg poaching pan for years, one like my grandmother had. I thought this one was a bit pricey but now I know I purchased a high quality pan. The cups for the eggs are non-stick and has a nice glass lid. I have used it 3-4 times. I used a little butter in each cup in each cup, then dropped an egg in the cups. The eggs came out perfect, no sticking or torn! Pan is easy to clean!! Highly recommend, especially if you are tired of boiled or fried eggs.

Beautiful cookware.
Beautiful cookware. Bought this to use for making hard boiled eggs for salads, and it works great! No more peeling eggs and trying to get the egg shells off of fresh eggs. Such a nice pan, will use for soft poached eggs too, as I forgot how much I like them on toast.

Beautifully crafted pot, sturdy, individual eggs stay warm, makes 6 ay a time . I put the cooked eggs on a plate. Still in their little cups and then they stay warm and everyone can scoop out their own warm egg onto their plate. I spray a little pam in each cup and they slide right out and are super easy to clean.
