Yep, this is tapioca
The product comes straight from Brazil, as you can see the package is written in Portuguese, so it's real "goma de tapioca". As a Brazilian that was looking to make tapiocas for breakfast in the states, this did the job very well, it is fast and easy to make them with this product.

Easy to prepare delicious
No gluten starch that makes delicious flat bread/ biscuits with basically no fat. We love it Mix Two tablespoons of tapioca with 1 egg, a bit of salt and chia seeds, pour it in a hot non stick frying pan (no oil required) fry until cooked and you have. Non fat, low glycemic, and gluten free meal. You can add protein to it

same flavor and texture
