Good price, high quality, easy five minute installation and high capacity make this an attractive buy, especially if Amazon has it on sale. Bought two of these for the kitchen and bar. Flow was undiminished, water was clear, taste and odor-free, so it does what it is supposed to very well. Filters are very easy to change and readily available on Amazon. It should be noted that this filter is certified to improve aesthetics such as chlorine taste and odor, but does NOT address health-related contaminants such as lead. Great product and good value as long as buyer knows it's limitations. Would definitely buy this again.

I can’t say enough good things about this water filter! The water tastes clean, fresh, and pure—like it came straight from a mountain spring. Very poor water flow. I installed this system to replace a previous system given the ease of changing filters - I assumed maybe every 6 months. We use at a kitchen sink for two adults only, so water use is pretty limited. Started out great, water flow was not impacted (comparing hot to cold flows). Remove chlorine taste well. However, after two weeks the water flow is about half of what it was and getting worse. This is on city water, so it is not sediment or contaminants coming from a well for example. I cannot recommend that anyone use this product. I have reached out to customer service, I will report back if they can replace the filter and it works longer..... Update 3/23/26 - I contacted company and they refunded my initial purchase and a subsequent filter purchase. Fast response - thank you. I think the issue for me is my local (Florida) municipal water, coupled with a hot water circulation system I have. This system circulates hot water back along the cold water line so water at the tap is hot immediately (otherwise I waste lots of water for dishes, etc at kitchen sink). As a result, some water in the cold water line that feeds the filter has been heated in the water heater. As a result, there is a non toxic bacteria in the system that apparently loves to grow on tight media and especially activated carbon. I cut a filter apart, and found a clear "slime" on the filter that was causing the reduced flow. So if you have a hot water recirculation system (which is great by the way), putting this type of filter on the cold water side may not work - depending on the chemistry of the incoming water! Otherwise the product and company is very good to work with!

I regret not buying this earlier. It is so much easier and peace of mind just to turn on the cold water on my kitchen sink and know that within a second or two it's just going to be fresh filtered water that tastes better than any Brita could possibly produce. With 22,000 gallons, I'm not concerned about it running out anytime soon. If you're washing things, you just turn the hot water on. For my apartment, at least it takes several minutes for it to be too hot to handle so it's no big deal.

I bought this and used it in Singapore and mounted it under my kitchen sink. Family were skeptical. However, everyone likes the pure, clean water taste and could not believe the longevity of this filter. I bought spares as you cannot buy the refills in Singapore easily. To be honest tastes better than a lot of bottled waters in Singapore. I was also using a Japanese cartridge and jug to clean water and drink in Singapore for years, but I think this filters out more and the water tastes a lot better. Don't hesitate to buy.

Easy to install. One small rubber washer missing so I had to fabricate one using bigger washer I have. It took me 30 minutes to install. The only concern I have is about the price of the Replacement Filter Cartridge! It costs almost $70 while the compete new unit costs nearly $82. In my opinion that's NOT reasonable. I hope the seller will look into this concer and review the price of the Replacement Cartridge to be within $25. This will make the system affordable to more buyers and increases the sales of Replacement Cartridges dramatically.
