DCM-1 Classic Mickey Waffle Maker, Brushed Stainless Steel

This makes an exceptional gift. On our multigenerational family trip to Walt Disney World, the entire family enjoyed Mickey Mouse waffles for breakfast. Upon returning home I ordered this waffle maker and gifted to my grandchildren as a memory of our trip. What a fun way to say thank you. The waffle maker is a quality appliance and easy to use.

Love the waffle maker, every waffle came out great, in case it helps, the magic number for me was 4 minutes. As I read on another post, it was worth every penny, especially when I saw the look of surprise on my granddaughters face. She said it reminded her of the hotels when we go to Disney World. The quality of the nonstick plates is great and clean up was a breeze.

Our waffle maker broke and, while looking at new ones, my wife accidentally bought this one. We thought we would give it a try. This is what we found: Positive: -It does make waffles. -The Mickey face is both accurate and looks good when cooked according to the directions. -The thinness of the waffles lets them cook faster -Relatively easy to clean when you use some sort of cooking spray. Negative: -The waffles turn out really thin and almost look like pancakes. We even tried overfilling to try and fluff them up a little but still thin. -Most of the waffle makers I have used have some sort of indicator of when the waffle is done (light or beeping). This one does not. You can wait until it stops smoking, but you can't really walk away for any length of time after the first minute. Recommendation: I think this is fun for the little ones and the Disney fans. I would buy it again. It doesn't make high quality waffles, but if you are not running a restaurant or a continental breakfast bar, then this will work just fine. Plus, if you are fixing waffles for more than a couple people, this lets you crank out a much faster waffle.

My sons favourite breakfast is Mickey eggos, after finding out he has a diary allergy we bought this to try to get him to still eat breakfast (because when you are 2 waffles taste different when they are shaped differently lol) Works great! Super cute!

For the price I thought it would be more sturdy, better quality. Apart from that it makes amazing mickey waffles!!! Kids loved it! Always asking for them.

If you're a fan of Disney and breakfast foods, the Classic Mickey Waffle Maker is a must-have. It creates perfectly shaped waffles that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
