This formula works for me. I have been taking it for a week and I have noticed a big difference in bloating, and weight loss. I've been using and looking and using and trying various probiotic capsules for the past three years. I give up for a time, as none of them deliver on any of the promises they make -- at least for my particular gut biome -- so I eventually decide to try yet another one. THIS ONE IS IT for me. I've had discomfort from probiotics, I've definitely had discomfort from post-biotics (which is not supposed to happen, but happen it did) and a whole host of things that are healthy foods disturb my innards -- sometimes even water when its cranky in there. No kidding. I have about given up, and to be honest, I don't remember how I stumbled across this brand of gut health capsule. I didn't hold out any hope, but it felt right to "try one more time." Yeah, like all the other times. But hey, what could it hurt? Well, guess what? IT is working. I've held off writing a review even in spite of my initial feelings of positivity. In the first ten days of using this, I did not at any time feel any disturbance or discomfort in my GI tract... that in itself was a blessing. Things change slowly inside our guts, so I wanted to let this roll on for at least six weeks before making a further judgement. Now is the time. I am not "cured" of anything (nor have I been diagnosed with anything) but my level of discomfort and ease of elimination has improved noticeably. This supplement is not going to "fix" anything completely, but the fact that it has helped me up to a certain point is Pure Gold. Lastly, before I end this review -- it does NOT have some god-awful stench. Geeze, guys and gals! (Okay, perhaps they reformulated it in recent years?) It does have an odor, but it reminds me distinctly of the fake cheesy powder you find at the bottom of a junk food bag (popcorn, triangular chip things, etc) and it doesn't linger on your digits and palm, and it does not fill up a room or any space whatsoever with an odor. Therefore, if in reading other reviews, you are hesitant due to reading about an aroma, let that stuff drop. I've gone through more than one bottle, so my statement is not a one-off.

I haven’t had anywhere near the sudden trips to the bathroom or spending a lot of time in the bathroom. I’m going regularly, which has never happened in my life. The only downside to these pills is that they smell terrible. But, it’s worth it!

This probiotic was not for me. It caused severe bloating every day that I took it. I reached out to customer service and they told me to discontinue the product. There is a semisynthetic polymer in this product and I suspect that’s what I’m reacting to. I gave them some information and they refunded me. I am a big fan of Mary Ruth products, and have many different ones. This is the first time I have ever had a negative experience. Customer service does a great job. Will continue being a customer, just not for this. If your body is sensitive to chemicals, choose a different product.

These are amazing. I have IBS-D and acid reflux and since day 1 I haven’t had acid reflux and the bloat in my stomach has went away. Also I have a normal stomach again. 😃 Mary Ruth products have really worked well

I got this as my digestion system had started to change. I was gassy, feeling bloated & was bloated often, last straw was developing heartburn! So after a few months. I saw these! Read up. Ordered! No more bloating! No more gassiness!! No more heartburn or acid reflux! Its been over 2 weeks. My complexion improved! Shock. No more ruddy, matted, dry flaky skin! That was at the 14 day mark BONUS. I notice I'm full n am not craving salts or chips or fizzy drinks! This stuff works. One DRAWBACK is the othef reviewers were right! No exaggeration this stuff has a putrid vomit smell of sorts!? It must be the live acidophillous cultures n such. Do NOT ever sniff this! I got like an accidental whiff ...I have the nose of a hound dog! I hold my breath n do not breath when I open this jar, take my pills n swallow. I even wash my hand! The scent lingers if your nose is as sensitive as mine ( eyeroll) . I AM ORDERING this AGAIN every month! Its stinky HEALTH GOLD, to me! Well worth the good it does. Like the old fashioned medicines tasted awful but you took em cause, well they worked wonders. So this, just dont smell it! LoL!

Second time ordering last time I got the white container. No issues and it seemed to work. I open the capsule and put it in my smoothie since I hate to swallow multiple pills:). When I opened the bottle it smelled so so bad but I thought whatever. Before i could really think about it I opened the capsule and then the smell! I still figured I’ll never notice. Oh boy did I notice. I almost threw up. Wasted some creatine and aminos and my kachava in the process. This is “not returnable” and the on line chat was a pain in the but since the email associated is my husbands and they “need a picture “ you can’t smell a picture! So BEWARE
