This is a generic item. These are sold by size, mainly. Model number means nothing (‎QR-57). It is 35x35 mm. If you do not need 35x35 mm, don’t buy this. Search by the brand and model of your tripod, not the quick release plate.

What size is the screw that threads into the camera?

It is a 1/4" standard 20 screw. This is the size screw that cameras use and most camcorders as well as cell phone tripod adapter mounts.
