Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G, US Version, 128GB, Phantom Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

The renewed Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G arrived in perfect condition, with an almost new appearance and working very fast. The screen looks sharp, the cameras take clear photos and the performance is smooth for apps and networks. The battery lasts me well during the day and the equipment came fully unlocked, ready to use.

Perfection, like new. Have it for like 7 months now. Love it. Didn't come with any scratches or nothing, still no scratch. Software is perfect

The phone I received (after I had logged into my Google account and transferred personal data to the device); was found to have a 3rd party app still installed which CLAIMED OWNERSHIP OF THE PHONE. Uninstallation of the app, which said that it had administrative privileges and that anyone with access to the base program could view/alter content of the phone; was allowed, yet the app warned it may leave residual holes in the phones security. After deleting the app, I notified Amazon about this seller potentially selling devices which were not completely initialized and may still be under the control of the device's previous owner. Since I don't sell/send-off data storage devices which I have entered personal information into, I will not be opting to swap for another potentially more defective unit. It has now been discovered that this device drops connection from WiFi without notification nor any indication of connection loss- except that messages cannot be received over WiFi until the WiFi connection is disconnected/re-enabled or the phone is restarted: this seems to happen almost daily and will likely force me into an unlimited data phone plan, on account of needing reliable connection while at home- assuming it won't require the SIM card to be removed and reinserted due to a similar issue with cellular connectivity. Company declined to refund me anything, citing that the 50% refund I requested was "more than they would ever offer;" yet I believe they were reluctant to offer any partial refund, due to my notifying them that I threw them under the bus to Amazon's customer service. This is the type of device reseller who would shamelessly sell stolen property- because they can always offer a device swap if they're found out. They are unaccountable for tricking Amazon customers into trusting devices they were in charge of making safe/secure for the customer, yet they are wholly unaccountable to the potential damages which their negligence may allow. Due to this experience, my family will no longer trust Amazon's refurbished phone resellers, like we have in the past.

After a disaster buying a S22 plus and having to return it due to its disastrous condition including a glass screen that had smudge marks every where that i wasn't able to remove and the frame had chipped pain all around it. And obviously that was a different seller. This S21 plus is in absolutely fantastic shape. Everything looks fantastic and the performance is amazing. I highly recommend this seller.

Works perfect, looks brand new. No issues in charging or battery longevity.

I needed an unlocked phone to use in Italy and Austria. I bought this S21+ along with an "Orange Holiday Europe" SIM card. The phone arrived in excellent condition, with no scratches or dents. The screen appeared to have been replaced. After setting it up, I tested it by installing SIM cards from AT&T and TELLO, both worked perfectly - it's definitely unlocked. Right before the trip, I installed the "Orange" SIM card with the phone powered down. Upon arrival in Italy I powered it up, and it immediately connected to the local service. We used Google Maps to get from the airport to our hotel some 50km's away, no problems at all. Photos taken on the trip were excellent. We installed Google Translate and Microsoft Translator which worked perfectly and were a real asset in helping us navigate the foreign signs, menus, etc. We also set up Hot Spot and Tethering, and used that along with wireless calling on our US SIM based phones to make and receive free calls and texts to/from US numbers. It all worked as expected with no issues. There are two minor issues to report. The battery life was OK, I would start each day at 100% but by end of day it typically had around 30% remaining. My new (locked) S23+ easily gets two days on a single charge. I did notice a minor blemish on the screen after a week of using it. At first I thought it was just a greasy smear, but no amount of cleaning has managed to remove it. I didn't notice this when I first received the phone so it most likely manifested after use. It would seem to be a flaw with the screen itself. I did not use a screen protector, which may or may not have helped to prevent it from occurring. Fortunately it's close to the bottom of the screen and has not really affected the viewing area, nor has it affected the touch screen in the area of the blemish. All-in-all I am happy with this phone. I plan to use it for future international trips as it can do what I need without having to pay the $10-a-day AT&T International Roaming plan - that soon gets very expensive with 2 or more phones.

It was shipped quickly and was in perfect condition. This easy a much needed upgrade considering i was using a galaxy s7 before I ordered this.

Ese -1 es por un poquito de polvo y unas manchitas en la tapa trasera que ni se ven, casi. el teléfono no tiene rayones ni pantalla ni en marcos. Suena muy bien y carga rápido y pasa carga inalambrica a otros cel y recibe. Se carga rápido. He hecho pruebas y su batería está en muy buen estado de salud. Toma fotos y graba. Al momento día 1 de 90 días de garantía. Comprado en México pero enviado y vendido por Amazon usa bajo el concepto de "excelente estado" A años de su compra, el equipo funciona y se desempeña excelente y por suerte va a recibir Android 15 con one ui7 🎉🙌🏽 El equipo vino con +96% de vida de su batería ya 2 años y medio está en 84% de vida de su batería y me sigue rindiendo todo el día Busquen calidad excelente y vendido y enviado por Amazon. Sus cámaras y 6.7" compiten y rendimiento con cualquier gama media alta actual

I'm very happy with this purchase. I was admittedly skeptical but the phone was in perfect condition and works very well. I did have an issue where it asked me to update the software multiple times but it did stop. The only advice I'd give is to ensure you factory reset yourself before putting all your information in just to ensure there's no suspicious software added. I didn't do this and haven't had any issues but would recommend it just in case (it was an after thought to me).. since it's sold from Amazon directly, it's supposed to be safe and scam free but you never know. Overall very happy with the product and appreciate the return window.

EDIT: After the issues with my first phone (see below), Amazon refunded me and told me to order again. The condition was listed as "New". I ordered a replacement one and it worked well for a couple months... until it got very slightly wet. This phone was advertised as "New" condition when I purchased it. But even though a new version of this phone is waterproof, this phone was not remotely waterproof and just a couple drops of water resulted in a fried motherboard and a ruined phone. This was not advertised correctly to the customer in anyway. Both of the phones I ordered had issues and ended terribly. Amazon is also refusing to refund even though they sold a defective product!!! Very upset with the situation. I can not urge you strongly enough to NOT buy this. Original Review: Phone arrived looking good - no visible scratches anywhere as far as I could tell. When I went to setup the device, it asked to register my fingerprints to have access to Samsung Pass and other features that require your fingerprints. The scanner would not register. I suspect that when refurbishing the device they either did not reconnect the scanner or they damaged it in some way. In any case, after 1 hour on a call with samsung customer service, they confirmed that it was in fact defective and needed servicing. I contacted the Seller (A-1 wireless inc) by phone and they told me to return the device through Amazon. I'm in that process now and will update once the refund has been processed. Ordering a replacement now and will see if the next one arrives working as advertised.

Buen equipo, cumplió con todas mis expectativas y las superó, la batería dura lo indicado lo que significa que esta en buen estado, sin ningún tipo de rayón o algo por el estilo, estetica de 10, y liberado por lo menos lo he probado en att y telcel y me ha funcionado. Bocinas en buen estado y todas sus conexiones igual ❤️ Muy contento con la compra En cuanto al dispositivo pues pase de un 13 pro máx a este y realmente me gustó el sistema operativo después de años de usar ios, la cámara es buena, no al nivel de un 13 pro máx, pero si al de un 12, lo malo de la cámara es su vista previa, sale horrible, después tomada la foto y procesada queda excelente
