A friend recommended that I tried charcoal capsules for IBS symptoms (which I have had for years), I have over the years exhausted conventional remedies / Gps advice so thought I would give these a try. AAAAAmazing results!! Agonising stomach cramps and bloating have eased considerably. I would highly recommend. Good service, packaged well and arrived promptly.

I was experiencing a lot of trapped air in my stomach after being on a course of antibiotics so I bought this to try out. In my experience I didn’t notice any improvement or if there was it was ever so slight. The pills are a bit on the big side so if you have issues swallowing big pills this might not be for you.

They help with reducing gas but they're really big and hard for me to swallow. (I admit that I don't love swallowing pills in general but these were especially difficult to ingest)

Pleased to see it actually helps with bloating and all the other bits described. I have to mention I suffer from really bad IBS and for a good time in a while I’ve been back to normal life. Take as advised on the tin.
