Ok. So I bought this organizer because I have a backpack to carry my tools, problem is that my large backpack doesn't have pockets or individual compartments so everything ended up at the bottom like a regular bag. As you can see in the photos now I can organize a few small cases on the top pockets so the space is distributed vertically. It has pockets front and back and a couple of zippers for your loose change. You can place it flat or it extends to fit more items in the bottom.I wish this organizer was a larger, with larger pockets with an elastic rim for my bigger items, but as it is it's doing it's job and I like it.

TLDR: Fits/works great in the slightly larger Loungefly mini backpack size, is too big for the normal mini backpack.I was a bit hesitant to purchase this because I saw some reviews saying that it didn't fit in their loungefly bags, but I knew the one I was buying this for was slightly larger than normal. This fits perfectly in the bag I wanted to use this for and also works in my canvas loungeflys which are a bit bigger. I love how I can keep everything organized and I can fit SO MUCH stuff in my bag with this without things getting lost.If you have one of the standard mini bags this won't fit. I included pictures of it inside my bag as well as my hand for reference. I also included a picture of the size of bag I was using (the dimensions for the Sleeping Beauty bag are listed as: Approx. 8 1/2" W x 11 1/2" H x 4" D) next to a bag that I would say is the "standard" mini backpack size from Loungefly (which was purchased in the Disney parks). The organizer fits perfect in my bigger bag but is to big for the normal mini size.You can normally tell from looking at the bags if they're the standard mini or if they'll be a bit bigger, but if you're concerned just look up your bag to see it's dimensions. Anything smaller than the dimensions I listed will be too small to use this organizer because this fits just about as perfectly as it can in the Sleeping Beauty bag.

I have a work backpack (which was given to me by work) that doesn’t have too many pockets and doesn’t have a rigid back, so you can feel EVERYTHING in there. This fits perfectly! It holds everything I need, plus keeps the backpack upright. And when I change to a different back, I just move the insert with everything in it.

If you’re looking for an organizer for your cute kanken mini bag this is the perfect size! As you know the kanken bags fit sooo much, however, it gets messy. So this is the perfect solution. Quality isn’t bad either and who doesn’t love a bunch of pockets!Hope this helps ! :)

I love that it fits my loungefly. I was able to organize everything. The only this is that the back is such a tight fit that I can't really use the back side pockets.

I got this organizer thinking it would help out the diaper backpack. This organizer takes up more room than it's worth. I found some reusable ziplick bags color coated work better for us. Product is not as practical as it seems. Unfortunately.

I bring a lot of things to work with me for my 12-hour shifts. And off to my backpack looks like a black hole nightmare where I can't find anything and it makes me anxious to be so disorganized. So I got this organizer and it has made things so much better. I know where each thing is as every item that I need to bring has a home now. I do kind of wish I would have gotten a lighter color so that things are easier to see but the black works just fine. Highly recommend seems very durable after almost 2 months of use
