Bellstone Hydrometer (Range 1,000 to 1,100)

The specific gravity of water at 20°C should read 1000 by the Hydrometer. However it is much below at 26°C. See the attached image. Even considering the temperature difference the deviation is considerable. Hence have asked for a return as a result of inaccuracy.
