Perfect for interdental cleaning. Long handle makes the grip better. Perfect for people with spaces in teeth

The refill does not fit snuggly and frequently becomes loose. The wire sometime protrude from the back & causes injury.

Not recommended if you are looking for interdental cleaning between braces
My review is purely based on the experience with cleaning between the braces. It is too soft & doesn’t work as expected.
