Leak developed in 14 months
We bought the machine in Dec22. A leak developed in the machine after 13 months of normal use in our home. I called the authorized service centre and was told the drum is cracked from inside. I also had bought the extended warranty from Salam care the claim process was so difficult had to wait a long time

Very nice washing machine but received mine every time stops in the middle of the washing program.. which I hv to click on play bottom to continue .. returned

Electric shock in the washing machine body, and also it is vibrate and not stable when spin at 1400 rpm. Not recommend
