Wonderful medicine to alleviate the menstrual pain without the sleep depravation. There is no other product in the market that helps me as much as this one does, considering the terrible pain I have during my menstruation.

Works great and does what it needs to do , as far as pain it goes away after 30-1hr of taking them … I would recommend purchasing if you have intense cramps during cycle .
