What is tje pan made of?

I think it is aluminum. Not sure. I put a small amount of water in the bottom of the pan and cook bacon 20-25 min at 450 degrees. Comes out perfect and the pan cleans up nicely as the water keeps the grease from cooking to the pan. I wash by hand. Great pan. Rack is nonstick an also cleans up nicely.

Is this pan 15 inches long on the outside or is it measuring the inside area where the grate is?

The grate is 14 inches. The pan lip makes up the other inch.

My Frigidaire range with air fryer oven says not to use a shiny pan and to use a dark pan. Will this works?

While this is not really shiny, it’s not dark either. It’s the shade of non-shiny aluminum foil

How long will it take to cook pound of bacon?

At 400 degrees, it generally takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the level of doneness I want, which isn't super crunchy but nice and brown and chewy. Keep in mind that thinner bacon will not take as long. I'd suggest keeping an eye on your first batch to ensure it's done to your liking. Also, be sure to not stack your bacon on top of each other. They won't cook correctly if stacked.
