A lot of people mention it can handle a pretty heavy weight; but what are the height limits for this product? Can a 6'1" person use this?

Height isn’t an issue as you can mount the unit at any height you want. The potential issue with a bigger frame is the width of the unit. I have a 44 inch chest and I barely fit for dips or knee raisers.

I have a plastered wall. Can i mount it into the wall studs?

You could, we also have a plastered wall and we opted to mount 2x8s to the wall and the The bar to the boards and it works awesome!

What diameter screws do you use to attach the hooks?

I used 3/8 threaded rods. I screwed two 6 inch by 18 inch pressure treated wood planks to my wall with 3 inch torc screws then drilled through the wall to the other side and screwed planks on the opposite side. Then I used 3/8 threaded rods through the wall to connect both planks and harness the hooks.

Does the unit just swing back and forth to go from pull up to dip? Or do you have to take it down and turn?

You need to lift it a short distance off of the upper brackets and just spin it and slide it into the lower brackets. It’s a very quick, simple change.
