Did not work. My door handle was like one of the videos in the reviews where you could turn the handle and it was not moving the door mechanism at all. When we closed it, we got stuck and we had to go through the back door go around to the front part of the house to try to open the door and remove the faulty door handle. Poorly made. I just went to Lowe’s and spent double but it’s actually solid and works better. Save your money don’t buy this. Also, it seems like the handle that they sent me was already used, and some of the parts were scratched up. No quality control for sure.

Looks great, poor installation and paint quality
Purchased this for a front door and at first sight I was very pleased with the handle set. The problems started when I tried installing the product; threading issues with the bolts, wriggly parts, and chipping paint. I'll try another set instead. 2 stars for design though.

Good value
Easily installed. Smaller and more squared-off edges than old Schl@ge it replaced, whose internals were worn out after 30+ years. This unit seems to be better designed, sturdier internals, much lower cost. The sharp edges are, initially, a little annoying, but the latch function and lever handle more than compensate. Ambidextrous lever works well. I did not need to use the deadbolt, so cannot confirm whether it can be re-keyed; others suggest this is an issue so be prepared.
