Although we haven’t had much chance to use this parasol base yet due to the poor summer we are having it is very robust and heavy. Our parasol stands within the tube and seems very secure even in a breeze. A good looking base which is perfect for the job intended.

Arrived quickly. Very impressed. Lovely base. Looks stunning. Very well made. You get what you pay for and this is certainly worth the money. It is heavy but I managed to lift it with the handles and I'm only 8 stone. LOVE IT. Will be perfect for my 2.7 m parasol.

Bought this as our basic concrete ones had become wobbly and there was no way to tighten them from underneath. Just shows paying a little bit more is worthwhile - this is a lovely base with well engineered parts and clear instructions. Very pleased.

One of the best items I have bought. Contemplated metal ones but went for this. Glad I did. Easy-peas to put together (10 minutes). Tool provided for tightening bottom screw. Highly recommended.
