Unbelievable quality and superior design
My husband is getting sick of me telling him every day how much I love this umbrella cover, so now I am telling you: I love this umbrella cover! The design is flawless and everything is so thought out. The material is heavy quality. The zipper is solid and has a string so you can pull it easily. There is drawstring at the bottom to fit the cover snugly. It even has a little closure snap thingie to fix and secure it even further. The cover comes with a plastic stick contraption to put inside the cover and lift it on and off. The cover also has a net area to provide for air circulation for when you leave it on for longer. This cover is so well made. We live in a high wind area but I expect this cover to last for years and years. Highly recommend it.

Serves it's purpose, mostly... needs a few modifications though.
Does not completely cover a rectangular 8x11 umbrella, despite measuring the closed length as ~84". If you pull on the cover, you're able to have it come to the end of the umbrella, but it doesn't stay covering the ends. It would be nice if it were a few inches longer. I haven't checked to see that it's actually 88" as advertised (it's possible that it is actually a few inches short). I wish there wasn't a section with mesh as I purchased this to mostly protect my umbrella from fading as a result of the sun. If part is exposed through the mesh, that defeats the purpose. I like the idea of having a pole to help put the umbrella on (and having an included place to store it inside the cover); however, the length of the assembled pole is far too short for the height of the umbrella and cover. This was easily and inexpensively remedied by a short trip to the local home improvement store and some PVC pipe and connector pieces (for a few dollars)- they'll even cut the pipe for you. Putting on and removing the cover is much easier with the longer pole. Overall, if you're looking for a cover for a larger rectangular umbrella, this might work ok with a few drawbacks.

GREAT COVER FOR THAT BIG OFFSET UMBRELLA
I ordered this cover to replace a similar cover purchased two years ago. This original cover had deteriorated due to the UV exposure and the weather. We do not bring the umbrella inside ever so a good cover is a necessity. I read numerous reviews for lots of covers before deciding to spend more to get a higher quality cover.This cover is easy to install and should protect even the largest offset patio umbrella. We have an 11' umbrella with a vertical support pole that is approximately 9' tall. This cover fits with LOTS of room to spare both vertically and over the entire umbrella unit.The material from which the cover is made is a heavier material than the first cover and is very well as far as seams and cloosures go. The vertical zipper zipper is heavy duty and operates very smoothly. There is an elastic cord around the bottom of the cover with the typical slide through barrel adjuster. They also incorporated a vent about a foot off the ground to prevent condensation with its associated mold and mildew.The only criticism I have is the PVC multisection pole provided with the unit. This pole is way too flimsy to be of any use. I use a 2 X 2 firring strip to hoist the cover over the top of the vertical support pole and the retracted umbrella canopy. This works much better then the supplied pole.Despite the pole I still gave this product 5 stars due to the quality of workmanship and the heavier duty fabric from which it is made. Putitng the ocver on the umbrella and removing it when needed is very easy. Just bear in mind that this is a very bi cover.I would order this cover again in a heartbeat. Much better all around than my original cover which lasted only two years.

Quality outdoor covers
I have used outdoor covers from Covermates for years and all have been very durable and fantastic. My recent umbrella cover is far superior to anything else I have seen on the market. It is worth the small shipping costs for their products from Amazon and I don’t like to pay shipping costs. Highly recommend their products.

Weather or Not to Cover
Our newly purchased expensive patio umbrella appeared vulnerable while outside in North Idaho's unpredictable weather. I needed protection that would keep it clean and looking new for years to come. The Covermates' Patio Umbrella Cover has surpassed every expectation I needed, plus a few more. This sturdy and durable cover repeals the worst weather imaginable. The coolest innovation is the inner compartment that houses the mounting PVC tubing. As soon as the weather breaks I am able to unzip and lift of the cover with ease. Awesome product.

Offset Umbrella Elite Protection
Paid a little more and got the Khaki colored offset umbrella cover. Great choice and happy I upgraded even if it cost more plus shipping. After all, offset umbrellas are not inexpensive. Great quality product from The Cover Store. Great fabric and zipper construction with a nice plastic PVC pole that makes mounting the cover easy. The cover also contains a little pocket that stores and hides the pole. Read the Features and Description of the product carefully. The Cover Store offers several grades of covers - Classic, Elite and Ultima. I checked the fabrics out and went with the Khaki. No regrets!

A great cover
We purchased this umbrella cover two years ago (2010), and it is very nice. The rod that comes with it I still haven't glued together, I need to and the zipper is very nice for taking it off. We are using it to cover an offset umbrella with a curved post, it works fine. Placing it on and getting it off without the rod would be very difficult. Last winter it came inside, this year it stayed out. I just re-applied 3M 303 (waterproofer) via spray bottle to the both sides of the umbrella. The cover seems to be retaining some mold on the inside, that I cannot remove, even if I use chlorine, but the 303 protects the umbrella so all is good. Here in VA the winter was very mild, so we had little snow and some rain, but this March we are already at 70 degree days. We have other cover store products protects three other objects in the yard and all are execellent for fit and finish.
