Is there a template to take out the foam so it fits the oculus quest 2 with elite strap, controllers and charger cable with the block ?

No, it’s precut to fit only the headset and controllers.

Does the case come with the red/blue lens protectors that go over each lens in the headset? Or does it just come with the lens pad protector?
