Stopped working in less than month.

I purchased this product for a checkpoint system. I had a little trouble getting the software to work initially. I contacted the company and they responded in less than 12 hours. The solution they presented worked and I haven't had any problems since. Great product. I would highly recommend.

This product was sent with no operating instruction or any software and therefore cannot be used, a complete waste of money

AJ Security Ltd in Gibraltar are very happy with the product. It goes further, we would like to know how to purchase the Wand on it's own for multiple sites without having to include the Disks.

This device comes in excellent condition. Not happy with not receiving the software CD as shown in the add picture. Instructions tells to download the software. On doing so, pop up advice tells you continue at your own risk as this would be from an unknown source that can will have access to change your computer settings. Not Happy.....
