I bought this to reline my pre fab fireplace concrete lining, which had worn out very much. I washed it and wet it as instructed. I coated this on and let it dry for 24 hours until it was completely solid. Then started a small fire in the fireplace. The stuff swelled up in the middle of the fireplace. Creating a huge bubble. If this stuff can not take a low heated fire, it’s not good for relining at all.
