Worst Product and Service
It's one of the worst product from USHA. it's not working after the 1st week of itself. Pathetic Service support. After writing several mails to customer care the issue has not been resolved in 2 weeks. No support from Amazon as well to return it.

At this price best value for money is offered by this model. + Decent boost + Decent build quality + Decent weight + Descaling + The vents are inside smooth depressions, (else after multi use due to pressing over metal zips, the vents become sharp and rough.) - water leaks or drips few drops occasionally, not sure it's faulty model or piece (but not a big - for me unless it'svolume is annoying) - it comes with big 16A plug - chord could have been longer Compared automatic temperature controlled models, manual thermostats, with ceramic coating, 1kg+, with boost, with 300ml water tank, with sprayer, 2000w++. I have checked reviews of more than 15 latest models on YouTube and details on websites before buying. Closest were Rico auto at 4999, New Philips steam glide at 5400INR, Tefal maestro airGlide, Panasonic models and Wipro Vesta,
