To pass inspection for bedroom windows that open to a pool area.
The city inspection department sent me a link to this product as their choice for me to pass inspection. This product was easy to install. They are easy to bypass if there is a fire and they are easy to close and re-latch.

too complicated, too risky to drill holes in your window frames. actually AMZ doesn't sell these anymore

Seller cancelled order the day it was supposed to be delivered.
The product is fine and what we needed. The seller however cancelled our order the day it was supposed to be delivered? Now leaving us hanging, we needed these to comply with a local code for an inspection on our new home. and now we have to reschedule again until we can get these in.
