WOW! These are amazing. I never write reviews for feminine hygiene products because it's mostly you get what you pay for at expected acceptable quality or less... But this product I ordered on a whim one day totally deserves this review. I've never seen a better, thicker and high quality soft pad ever! It's larger and better than even maternity pads they hand out at the hospital after childbirth. I have never felt truly leak free safe even with other products that didn't quite leak... But still left me enough impression that if I'm not hyperactively thinking about every next time I need to change it it'll leak etc.. BUT NOT THIS ONE! I feel comfortable going to bed overnight and knowing I don't need to wear some crappy raggedy nightgown or PJs... Because these aren't going to leak. If you have heavy periods that are so heavy it's almost like a hemorrhage for a day or 2 out of every month, you're still safe with these. They are immensely comfortable considering this is a huge pad. It's really soft. Not scratchy. Doesn't feel plastic-y like a lot of other pads now feel and look like such as amazon brand or always, etc. And also, it sticks better than any other pad or liner I've ever tried. It actually sticks and sticks hard and it's not going to travel or move where you don't want it AND for extra security, in addition to the sticky strip on the very bottom all pads have... This one has the typical sticky for wings you peel on top, ANDDD an extra sticky section towards the end of it so that "heavy" protection is that much more ingrained and secure at the back side. It's amazing. It's so long you don't have to be articulating to yourself and pondering how far up or down your panties to start taping it to ... You can literally tape it 3 inches or more towards the front where you likely won't even bleed... And STILL have insane protection going towards your back side that is more than enough. I am so impressed. I'll never buy another brand extra heavy for the super bad period day(s) of the month... This product exceeds in not only quality but in application. And trust me, the only way you would ever leak thru this one is if you literally are bleeding to death and should probably see a doctor. That's how good this is. Buy it. You won't regret it. Kotex is one of the best brands I've tried throughout the years of my womanhood. It cuts the issue of wearing 2 pads so it's not up your back and there are never any leaky problems. They always confirm where they need to be and are excellent for overnight protection. The pads are very absorbent and last all night without issues and the sizes are perfect for my lower body frame. I like that they are very long and covered conveniently to protect your panties from heavy leakage. These Kotex pads have added more coverage across the rear end so you can be secure throughout the day. LOL. If you are looking for an extra long, extra heavy and extra absorbent overnight pad you are on the right product! I’ve tried them all and this is simply the best for HEAVY overnights! The pads are way softer than always band which makes them way more comfortable to wear. They stick well and don’t move around at night. The are thick but it is necessary for us who need the protection. I’ve tried all the size 5 extra heavy overnight pads and these are simply the best out there! Nothing gives me peace of mind overnight like these pads do. I typically have my heaviest days on days 2-4 and wear these overnight. One thing I love about these is they don’t feel plasticy against my skin. I have really sensitive skin. Anyways if you struggle with leakage overnight these are for you!

My gf is going through Perimenopause and as such has bleeding non stop for months on end. Normal generic pads are too rough on her skin when worn for more than a day in a row, and her experience with other "Name Brands" have been that they don't hold enough or don't provide enough security that she can move around or even sleep without running to the bathroom in the middle of the night to fix leaks. Well, with THIS brand that isn't an issue! the material is soft to the touch and doesn't start feeling rough after a day or 2 of wearing them, stays soft! And they hold up the whole night! She's MUCH happier and feels better now that she has found these. They're an AMAZING size for overnight protection. The shape is a bit wider and longer in the back to protect against leaks during the night. If you have any medical issues that make you bleed longer or harder than the normal person, look no further as THESE pads will keep you secure and wont feel like sand paper on the Vageen!

What happened here Kotex?? We wanted extra coverage in length not meaning bulk up the entire pad. I was shocked when I actually went to use one. The extra length was awesome and right on point for overnight coverage I was looking for, but I didn’t think the actual pad would be so bulked up. Another reviewer was right when they said it’s like the old school pads you’d get in the girls washroom. This feels like you’re wearing a pillow, almost for like post surgery protection. So uncomfortable and I’d never ever wear these going out. I’m going to keep my opened package and use it during the nighttime and will donate the second unopened package. Two positive points, affordably priced for the 2 pack and length is perfect for extra coverage . We just want the same thin/slim pad like how the other sizes come.
