Well made and works perfectly. Another great Dell product and less expensive through Amazon.
A vital component for any modern laptop, which has so few input ports. I have relied on Dell for nearly fourteen years and find their products to be of excellent quality and reliable, the Dell DA305 USB, 6 in 1 Multiport Adaptor being no exception. Well made, it performs perfectly and is just as good as the one at twice the price, which the salesman recommended.

Great hub, works fine, shame about power output
I've purchased these as an alternative to the D600 docking Station and overall very happy with them. They support 2 x USB, VGA, DP and HDMI connections plus 1 x USB C. You have the option to plug a power supply into the hub and power the laptop, however as the hub takes 15w of the power, then you need to have either a 90w power supply for a standard Latitude 5000 series, or plug the power supply into the laptop and the hub into the spare USB C port on the laptop. I have the same issue with the Precision 3571 which needs more power than it can supply. Overall, as long as you have 2 x USB C on the laptop, it works brilliantly. If you only have one, then go for a full dock as this will produce a constant warning about slow charging appearing on the laptop.

Waste of money
I purchase this from Amazon as it was around £40 cheaper than directly from Dell. Great deal you may think, wrong. I have used it on two occasions, first time a set of speakers failed to work. Second time the HDMI would not work. I ended up borrowing a “cheap as chips” adaptor from my customer which worked with no issues. Ordered 10th October, only used twice, and Amazon had the Gall to tell me it was too late to return the item.

Dell quality
Nice and small, does get warm, on boot up advises that on you are on slow charge which is to be expected. Nice quality. Sent fast

Works as it should but has distinct look of a used unit, particularly packaging.

Useful USB hub to allow additional monitor, ethernet, USB connections
Small and portable USB-C hub for Dell laptops. My previous laptop used a powered hub that also powered/charged the laptop and provided dual monitor outputs. Unfortunately the new one wasn't compatible so this hub was recommended. Two get dual monitor outputs you need to connect to the external monitor port on the laptop and the single monitor port on the hub, which not as convenient as my previous setup. Does everything it claims to, just wish it could be powered and have dual monitor outputs.

It does work well but I must admit using the cables in a circular fashion isn't a neat way to have cables but it works
