I have one ear where the piercing is lower than the other. Will these really lift that side so my earrings look even?

They do lift the earring up. It would be worth a try. I wear 15mm (large) pearls and they stay up. Plus I have the added assurance I won’t lose them as the Chrysmelas lock into place.

I have diamond studs with jackets. They hang forward. I really like these, but my post with the jackets on are kind of short. Will these work?

these should grasp any size post. 5 he one thing to be very careful about with these backs is that I think there is a spring on the inside and if it gets sprung the backs will no longer hold at least this has happened to one of mine and the earring g just slides out of the back, there is no tight hold and I haven't been able to find an answer on how to have it repaired. otherwise GREAT backs.

I was thinking about purchasing the Chrysmela backs with the discs. My question is can the discs be removed if they are too big or I don't like them?

My set didn't come with discs. I like the Chrysmela backs for my diamond stud earrings though.
